Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for services purchased from Original Ventures Ltd. We aim to deliver every project professionally and to the agreed scope, and this policy is designed to be fair to both clients and the Company.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered where work has not yet started, where we are unable to deliver the agreed service, or where a service is materially different from what was described at the point of purchase. Requests must be submitted in writing to support@originalventures.uk within 14 days of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available once work has commenced and deliverables have been provided, for services already completed and delivered, for custom or bespoke work accepted by the Client, or where a delay is caused by the Client's failure to provide required information, feedback or access.

4. Partial Refunds

Where work has partially progressed, we may issue a partial refund reflecting the proportion of the service not yet delivered, at our reasonable discretion.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@originalventures.uk with your order details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.
