Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how clients can cancel an order or ongoing engagement with Original Ventures Ltd, and what happens to payments already made.

1. Cancelling Before Work Begins

If a project or service is cancelled before any work has started, a full refund will be issued, less any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred on the Client's behalf.

2. Cancelling During an Active Project

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the Client will be charged for work completed up to the point of cancellation. Any remaining balance will be refunded where applicable.

3. Cancelling Ongoing or Subscription-Based Services

For services billed on a recurring or milestone basis, cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle or milestone. No further charges will apply once cancellation is confirmed in writing.

4. How to Cancel

To cancel a service, contact us at support@originalventures.uk with your order details. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request and any applicable next steps in writing.

5. Company-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or pause a service if required information is not provided within a reasonable time, if payment is not received as agreed, or if continuing the engagement is not commercially or practically viable. In such cases, any amount owed for work already completed remains payable, and any prepaid balance for undelivered work will be refunded.
